After growing up in Trigg, Chad started his career in the Engineering field, before moving into the family Mortgage Broking business in 2004 where he spent the next 20 years helping families buy homes.

The word-of-mouth model in such a long term, successful business is a true testament to Chad’s core values of honesty, respect, and hard work.

In 2014, Chad was appointed as a Director of Mortgage Providers (Australia), where he has worked to help his colleagues through transformational times in the Mortgage Broking industry.

After 20+ years genuinely helping people buy homes, he’s now helping people sell homes too. Chad feels like this completes the picture and answers the call of so many of his clients who have asked for this service over the years. So much experience working with home buyers gives Chad a unique ability to communicate and achieve great outcomes when it comes to negotiating a sale.

When Chad is not in a home open, helping someone with finance to buy their new home, or looking after the Mortgage Providers group, you will find him Wing Foiling or Diving at Rotto, or in Margaret River with his Wife and Daughter, and their American Staffy Chloe.
