Welcome to our Emergency Procedures and Contractors page. Here, you’ll find essential contacts and guidance for handling urgent situations, such as water leaks, electrical issues, and other tenant emergencies.
We understand that sometimes an emergency may pop up, whether it be a burst pipe, power cutting out or the horrible experience of your home being broken into. If you experience an emergency out of our normal office hours, firstly, please attempt to make contact with your Property Manager via email.
If you do not have a response within 24 hours and the matter is deemed as an emergency (restoration of an essential service) then please refer to our contractors list for contact details to make arrangements.
Please note, if you do arrange a contractor for an item that is NOT deemed as an emergency, you may be liable for the costs.
